Crypto Market Sees $585 Million in Liquidations in 24 Hours, Short Liquidations Exceed Long Liquidations for the First Time in Nearly a Month and a Half

Odaily News: According to CoinGlass data, a total of 129,160 traders were liquidated across the network in the past 24 hours, with total liquidation amounts reaching $585 million. Among these, long position liquidations amounted to $111 million, while short position liquidations reached $474 million. The largest single liquidation occurred on the BTC-USD trading pair on Hyperliquid, valued at $10.4154 million. This marks the first time in nearly a month and a half that short liquidations have exceeded long liquidations.
