NVIDIA's Q4 Earnings Impressive, Company Says Computing Power Demand Remains Insatiable

2026-02-25 23:06

Odaily News NVIDIA (NVDA.O) reported Q4 fiscal year 2026 revenue ($68.1 billion) and data center revenue ($62.3 billion) that both exceeded market expectations, and once again provided an optimistic quarterly revenue forecast, indicating that large-scale artificial intelligence computing infrastructure construction remains on track. The company stated in its announcement that sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 are expected to reach approximately $78 billion, compared to Wall Street's average expectation of $72.6 billion. CEO Jensen Huang said in the statement, "Our customers are racing to invest in AI computing." This outlook helps alleviate market concerns about an AI investment bubble. Huang has repeatedly downplayed doubts about the sustainability of growth in AI hardware spending. Wednesday's report provided some evidence that short-term concerns may have been exaggerated. NVIDIA's stock rose over 3% in after-hours trading.
