Regarding the business positioning, the Agricultural Development Bank of China Shanghai Branch stated that the digital RMB business it conducts follows the People's Bank of China's "two-tiered operational structure" model, providing customers with digital RMB circulation services. Business operations strictly comply with the People's Bank of China's regulations on RMB corporate bank settlement accounts, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing, ensuring fund safety and compliant operations.
