Bitdeer Increases Convertible Senior Notes Offering Size to $325 Million

Odaily News According to Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer, it has announced an increase in the size of its previously announced convertible senior notes offering to $325 million. Additionally, Bitdeer plans to grant the initial purchasers of the notes an option to buy up to an additional $50 million in principal amount of the notes within 13 days (including the day of) from the initial issuance date of the notes.
