Truth Social Funds Files with SEC to Launch ETFs Related to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and CRO

Odaily News: Truth Social Funds, under the Trump Media & Technology Group, has filed applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF and the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF. The former aims to seek investment returns corresponding to the performance of CRO and its related staking rewards. The latter aims to seek investment returns corresponding to the combined performance of Bitcoin and Ethereum and the staking rewards related to Ethereum.

Crypto.com will serve as the fund's digital asset custodian, liquidity provider, and staking service provider. Both ETFs will be available for purchase through Crypto.com's broker-dealer, Foris Capital US LLC.
