Bitcoin Treasury Company ProCap Repurchases Approximately $135 Million in Convertible Bonds Today

Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin treasury company ProCap Financial disclosed today that it repurchased convertible bonds worth approximately $135 million. Since December 2025, the company has repurchased about 2% of its outstanding common shares. Additionally, the company disclosed that its current Bitcoin holdings are approximately 5,007 BTC, with a cash balance of $72 million, and the outstanding convertible bonds amount to approximately $100 million.
