OpenAI Founder: ChatGPT Has Recovered Over 10% Monthly Growth Rate

Odaily News As OpenAI faces increasing pressure from competitor Anthropic's improved coding tools, OpenAI founder Sam Altman is informing employees and investors that the company is regaining growth momentum. An internal Slack message revealed that Altman told OpenAI employees last Friday that the company's widely popular AI chatbot ChatGPT "has recovered a monthly growth rate exceeding 10%." Altman also stated that OpenAI is preparing to launch "an upgraded chat model" this week. Altman noted that the growth rate of OpenAI's coding product Codex has increased by approximately 50% compared to a week ago. "It's been a great week," Altman wrote. (Jin10)
