Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announces relocation of headquarters back to the US and rebranding to Keel Infrastructure

Odaily News Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms has announced it will relocate its corporate headquarters registration from Canada to the United States and will also be renamed Keel Infrastructure. These changes are subject to approval by shareholders, stock exchanges, and the courts. It is reported that Keel Infrastructure will be a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware.
