Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Cipher Mining announced plans to issue senior secured notes to qualified institutional investors, subject to market conditions and other factors, with a total fundraising target of $2 billion. The offering is guaranteed by Cipher Black Pearl and 11786 Wink LLC. It is reported that the net proceeds from the offering will be used to pay the remaining construction costs of the high-performance computing data center located in Wink, Texas, to fund a debt service reserve, and to cover related fees and expenses, among other uses.
