Odaily News: The Ministry of Public Security announced that it has drafted the "Cybercrime Prevention Law (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)" and is now soliciting public opinions. The content includes: No individual or organization shall knowingly harbor, transfer, purchase, sell on behalf of others, or conceal by other means funds, data, online virtual property, etc., obtained by others through cybercrime or illegal activities. No individual or organization shall knowingly use virtual currency or other online virtual property to provide fund circulation services for others using funds obtained by others through illegal activities.
