Rainbow: RNBW's CCA on Uniswap to Commence on February 3

Odaily News Rainbow announced on platform X that the detailed information and schedule for RNBW's CCA on Uniswap are as follows:

Monday, February 2: Pre-bidding opens at 10 AM Eastern Time.

Tuesday, February 3: Pre-bidding closes at 10 AM Eastern Time, and the CCA begins at 10 AM Eastern Time.

Thursday, February 5: The CCA concludes at 10 AM Eastern Time.

Rainbow stated that the CCA adopts a "Continuous Clearing Auction" model. Tokens are not sold all at once but are gradually sold block by block. Only one clearing price is set per block, and all participants whose orders are filled in that block transact at the same price.

Rainbow further explained that the RNBW airdrop can only be claimed within the Rainbow mobile wallet, while tokens obtained from the CoinList public sale will be sent directly to participants' wallet addresses. This CCA operates in a permissionless mode, allowing any user with an Ethereum wallet to participate. The entry point will go live on the Uniswap official interface at app.uniswap.org around 9:30 AM (Eastern Time) on February 2.

Furthermore, Rainbow indicated that after the CCA concludes, 100% of the USDC obtained from the auction will be injected into the RNBW/USDC Uniswap v4 liquidity pool on the Base chain, managed by Arrakis Finance. Rainbow also reminded users to be aware of risks. The official contract address and CCA link will be announced later, and users should be vigilant against counterfeit tokens and accounts.
