Michael Saylor: February STRC Dividend Rate Increased by 25 Basis Points

Odaily News Michael Saylor announced on platform X that the February dividend rate for the Strategy Perpetual Preferred Stock (STRC) has been increased by 25 basis points to 11.25%. It is reported that STRC is positioned as a short-term high-yield credit product, distributing dividends in cash on a monthly basis. The dividend rate is adjusted monthly. Strategy can issue shares through the At-The-Market (ATM) offering linked to this product, which may enable it to raise more funds to increase its Bitcoin holdings.
