The reward requires users to import their mnemonic phrase into the Jupiter wallet to claim it via mobile or computer. Some users expressed that forcing users to export their mnemonic phrase to claim a small reward is both insecure and unnecessary, and also excludes users of keyless wallets or custodial wallets.

In response to the criticism, Jupiter stated that it plans to enable claim functionality for other wallets within one to two weeks.
