Ruihe Digital Intelligence Discloses Subscription to Bitcoin Plus SP Fund and Invests $3.81 Million in Tai Chi Capital

According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Hong Kong-listed company Ruihe Digital Intelligence Technology Holdings Limited disclosed that it has invested approximately $3.81 million in Tai Chi Capital Group, which focuses on security token and RWA tokenization business. It also invested $1.75 million in a fund specializing in licensed virtual asset service providers in Hong Kong and subscribed to a $200,000 Bitcoin Plus SP fund distributed by OSL Digital Securities. The company further disclosed that a virtual crypto asset trading platform jointly developed with an independent third party has entered the development and testing phase as scheduled and is expected to apply for relevant intellectual property rights in the first quarter of 2026.
