According to a post by Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas on platform X, BlackRock has just released the official S-1 application document for its upcoming iShares Bitcoin Premium Yield ETF. However, information regarding fees and the ticker symbol has not been disclosed yet. The ETF's strategy is to track Bitcoin's price movements and provide premium yield through an actively managed covered call strategy. This strategy primarily targets IBIT shares and, at times, the ETP index.
