Odaily News London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has placed 955,000 ordinary shares in accordance with the terms of a subscription agreement. The gross proceeds from the subscription of shares under this placement amount to £520,037 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.54 per share, and the company will receive approximately 98.25% of the proceeds upon settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet placed under the subscription agreement is 59,020,500 shares.
