Cathie Wood: True Commercialization of Quantum Computing May Occur in the Mid-to-Late 2040s

Odaily News ARK Invest founder Cathie Wood stated in a post, "One of the most frequent questions we receive about innovation and future trends concerns quantum computing. We have conducted extensive research on the current stage of quantum computing. We believe that commercial applications related to quantum computing are likely to emerge in the mid-to-late 2040s, roughly within the range from the mid-to-late 2040s to the mid-2060s. Throughout my career, the true commercialization of quantum computing has always seemed to be '20 years away.' And I have been in this field for quite a long time. So now, perhaps we are 19 years away from real commercial applications."
