Ding Yifeng Case: Sui Guangyi and 30 Others Prosecuted, Issued "DDO Digital Options" Air Token

Odaily News According to the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate's official WeChat account, the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate, after conducting a legal review, has filed a public prosecution with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province against defendants Sui Guangyi, Ma Xiaoqiu, and 28 others. They are accused of crimes including fund-raising fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, and money laundering. The case involves the use of Shenzhen Ding Yifeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Ding Yifeng International Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and their affiliated companies to carry out illegal fundraising activities in Shenzhen and other locations.

The Futian District Public Security Bureau of Shenzhen previously issued a notice stating that "Ding Yifeng" and its affiliated companies issued false financial products and "DDO Digital Options" (belonging to "air tokens"), engaging in illegal activities. They are suspected of committing crimes, and authorities have seized, detained, and frozen a batch of assets including properties, vehicles, equity, and funds in bank accounts related to "Ding Yifeng" and its affiliated companies.
