USD.AI Approves Up to $500 Million GPU Financing Facility for Sharon AI

Odaily News USD.AI has officially announced the approval of a non-recourse debt facility of up to $500 million in asset-backed financing for Australian AI computing provider Sharon AI. This facility will be used to finance GPU deployment through an on-chain credit system using stablecoin liquidity. Sharon AI is expected to initiate this financing plan as early as the first quarter of 2026 to fund an initial GPU deployment worth $65 million.
