Federal Reserve Cook" case, Justice Roberts asked: If Cook made an "unintentional mistake" in the mortgage materials, where is the boundary of the White House's stance? Whether this is an unintentional mistake or a fraudulent means to obtain a more favorable interest rate, does it make no difference to the White House? On what grounds can it be determined that the Federal Reserve is an executive branch agency, and thereby conclude that the President indeed has the power of removal? (Jin10)
