Aave Founder: Governance Rights of Social Protocol Lens to be Transferred to Mask Team, Original Team to Serve as Technical Advisors

Odaily News Aave and Lens Protocol founder Stani Kulechov posted on X, stating that the governance rights of the social protocol Lens Protocol will be transferred to the Mask Network team, which has been focused on advancing the development of Lens Protocol at the application layer.

The foundational social modules of Lens will remain open-source and continue to serve as infrastructure for any social applications built on the decentralized track. The original team will continue to serve as technical advisors while focusing on innovation in DeFi, which has always been their core area of strength.
