Paradex has resumed normal operations

Earlier news indicated that Paradex experienced a system outage earlier today due to database maintenance/migration issues (including abnormal BTC price resetting to zero, triggering a large number of forced liquidations). The official subsequently announced that the chain state would be rolled back to block 1604710 (the normal state before approximately 04:27 UTC time), and all user accounts will be uniformly restored to their pre-maintenance state.
