The Supreme People's Procuratorate demands severe punishment for crimes such as smuggling and exporting strategic minerals to safeguard national strategic interests; collaborate with the National Financial Regulatory Administration and other bodies to legally address the chaos of illegal intermediaries in the financial sector, severely punish crimes such as illegal fundraising and financial fraud, combat the entire chain of financial "black and gray industries," ensure the stable operation of finance, and protect the safety of people's property; strengthen anti-money laundering efforts, highlighting the punishment of crimes such as money laundering using underground banks and virtual currencies. The Supreme People's Procuratorate proposes to deepen the rule of law construction in the capital market in collaboration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, improve the stationed securities procuratorial work mechanism, strictly punish securities crimes such as financial fraud and market manipulation, and safeguard the security of the capital market.
