RWAX Launches: Over 20 Assets Issued Within 1 Hour, Covering Energy, Minerals, Funds, Real Estate, and Other RWA Categories
According to official disclosure from RWAX, within 1 hour of its launch, the platform has newly issued over 20 real-world asset (RWA) projects, indicating a strong demand from the RWA asset side for an "issuable, tradable, and verifiable" on-chain public market.
Based on the disclosed asset types, this round of onboarding and issuance covers multiple main themes:
Renewable Energy and Revenue Rights: Such as RWA tokenization solutions backed by assets related to hydropower infrastructure and electricity generation revenue, incorporating layered structure designs to balance stable returns with long-term appreciation potential;
Minerals and Strategic Resources: Covering key mineral portfolios including gold, copper, lithium, and rare earths, as well as tokenization of mining assets based on single mining areas/projects;
Precious Metals and Safe-Haven Assets: Focusing on gold-related projects as core targets, emphasizing value storage and risk hedging properties;
Funds and Multi-Strategy Yield: Including multi-strategy fund-type RWA structures, offering stable/balanced/growth portfolio allocation paths for different risk appetites;
Commercial Real Estate: Involving medium-sized commercial properties located in core urban areas, with rental cash flow and asset appreciation as the core narrative;
Exploration of Other Non-Standard Assets: Including the structured expression of non-standard assets such as artworks, further expanding the boundaries of what RWAs can be brought on-chain.
The official stated that RWAX will facilitate the transition from "asset tokenization" to "public market pricing and liquidity formation" through leaderboard aggregation, trading and liquidity pathways, and in-platform growth tools, establishing a replicable process for RWA listing and market validation. The platform will also continue to disclose more progress on asset onboarding and on-chain issuance, while launching tasks and educational content for new users to lower the barrier to RWA participation.
