Odaily News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin financial services company Strive announced today that it has officially completed the acquisition of Semler Scientific. The combined company now holds a total of 12,797.9 Bitcoin, making it the 11th largest public company globally by BTC holdings. The company also announced the appointment of Avik Roy as Chief Strategy Officer, while Eric Semler, former Chairman of Semler Scientific, joins Strive as an independent director.
