Odaily News According to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Hong Kong-listed company Delin Holdings announced that its subsidiary has received approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to upgrade its Type 4 (advising on securities) regulated activity license and will commence virtual asset advisory services.
