Odaily News Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire up to 447 acres of land in Brazoria County, Texas, and signed a long-term transmission facility expansion agreement. This move will enable the company to develop a large-scale data center project with a total capacity of up to 600 megawatts. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of several conditions, including approvals from utility companies and real estate-related authorities.
