Crypto Advocacy Group "Stand With Crypto" Surpasses 2.6 Million Members, Becomes Key Political Player in 2026 US Elections

Odaily News: The digital asset advocacy group "Stand With Crypto" added 675,000 new online registered members last year. As the 2026 US congressional elections approach, the group's total membership in the United States has reached approximately 2.6 million. A report shows that the organization has consistently mobilized its members to participate in political letter-writing campaigns to support cryptocurrency legislation in the US. In 2025, the total number of such letters reached 925,000, with cumulative emails sent exceeding 1 million since its inception. The group stated that it currently has chapters in every US state and has organized four "fly-in" events to Washington D.C., directly engaging in policy-making work.

Coinbase established the "Stand With Crypto Alliance" in 2023 and funded its initial activities. The company remains a partner and donor to the organization. Additionally, other companies such as Kraken, Gemini, Anchorage Digital, and Paradigm, along with member donations, provide support. Polls over the past few years indicate that since the group's founding, US voters have increasingly viewed cryptocurrency as a significant political issue influencing their perception of candidates.
