Fireblocks to Acquire Cryptocurrency Accounting Platform TRES Finance for $130 Million

Odaily News: Blockchain infrastructure company Fireblocks announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire cryptocurrency accounting platform TRES Finance for $130 million. The acquisition will be completed through a combination of cash and equity. This marks Fireblocks' second acquisition within three months. Its core business is helping enterprises hold and transfer digital assets. In October last year, Fireblocks acquired crypto wallet startup Dynamic for approximately $90 million. It is reported that Fireblocks was valued at $8 billion in its 2022 funding round. (Fortune)
