Bloomberg Analyst: ETF Assets Under Management to Reach $1.48 Trillion in 2025, IBIT Ranks Sixth

Odaily According to data on the 2025 performance of Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) shared by Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas on platform X, ETF assets under management reached a record $1.48 trillion last year (averaging nearly $60 billion daily), marking a 28% increase from the previous year. Among them, BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF, IBIT, had assets under management of approximately $248.44 billion, ranking sixth. However, due to Bitcoin's overall weak performance last year, BlackRock's IBIT was the only ETF among the top 15 with a negative annual return, posting a -6.41% annual return.
