Grayscale filed its Bittensor Trust (TAO) ETF S-1 document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Odaily reports that Grayscale has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its Grayscale Bittensor Trust (TAO) into an ETF and list it on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Arca). The trust is currently trading on the OTCQX market under the ticker symbol “GTAO” and will retain the same ticker symbol after listing.
