Prenetics, a US-listed company, announced it will stop buying Bitcoin and focus entirely on brand development.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Prenetics announced that it will cease daily Bitcoin purchases starting December 4, 2025. Following board approval, Prenetics announced it will no longer purchase Bitcoin, and existing funds will be used entirely for the growth, operation, and strategic expansion of the IM8 brand. Currently, the company holds 510 Bitcoins as financial reserves and has over $70 million in cash and cash equivalents, with zero debt. The IM8 brand has achieved over $100 million in annualized recurring revenue within 11 months of its launch.
