Binance suspends Visa and Mastercard withdrawal services for Ukrainian users.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, due to changes in the regulatory environment, Binance's fiat payment service provider, Bifinity UAB, has suspended services for Ukrainian users. This change means that Ukrainian users are temporarily unable to directly withdraw fiat currency using Visa and Mastercard bank cards, and scheduled cryptocurrency purchases and fiat currency limit orders will also be suspended. Currently, Ukrainian users can still deposit funds using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay; Swift transfers and P2P trading remain normal. Furthermore, deposit and withdrawal functions on the Zen.com payment platform are expected to resume on January 6, 2026.
