Bitcoin treasury firm Genius Group's acquisition of Lighthouse Studios will expand its content market.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Genius Group, a Bitcoin treasury company listed on the NYSE American (a subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange), has announced the acquisition of podcast and video production studio Lighthouse Studios. The specific acquisition amount was not disclosed. The company will expand its content market by developing AI courses, recording and producing podcasts and social media content. Genius Group reportedly plans to rename the studio "Genius Studios" in January next year and launch a co-working space called "Genius Café." (Globenewswire)
