Between December 15th and December 23rd, this address withdrew a total of 1,682,220 UNI tokens from Coinbase, with a total value of $8.75 million and an average withdrawal price of $5.2. The UNI proposal was submitted to the final governance vote on December 18th and passed on December 22nd, during which time UNI's price reached a high of $6.5.
