This transaction is reportedly part of the redemption of outstanding senior secured convertible notes. The company's future value will be driven more by revenue and cash flow from its RWA tokenization business, and therefore it will cease publicly disclosing its mNAV panel, but will continue to regularly disclose its balance sheet and update its ETH treasury and shareholding changes through SEC filings and social media.
