Bit Digital's spin-off company WhiteFiber has reached a 40 MW data center hosting agreement.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed data center and AI hosting provider WhiteFiber (WYFI) announced that its subsidiary, Enovum Data Centers, has signed a 10-year, 40 MW data center hosting agreement with Nscale Global Holdings, valued at approximately $865 million. The facility will be deployed in the NC-1 campus in North Carolina and delivered in two phases. WhiteFiber was spun off from Bitcoin mining company Bit Digital. (CoinDesk)
