Gate founder Dr. Han responds to industry layoffs: Exchanges that survive by laying off employees won't go far.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Gate founder Dr. Han recently responded to the industry's wave of layoffs and Gate's personnel strategy in an interview with Wu Shuo.

Dr. Han stated that Gate has never been a company that operates with "drastic measures," and that it maintains a cautious and gradual pace in both recruitment and personnel adjustments. "Even with the current market downturn, we believe the industry as a whole will not be structurally impacted, and therefore we will not engage in aggressive workforce reductions."

He emphasized that for exchanges, human resources are one of the most important risk control measures. Viewing layoffs as a core strategy often indicates a misunderstanding of long-term thinking.
