TeraWulf Inc. (WULF) and Fluidstack recently announced the successful completion of financing pricing for their joint venture project in Abernathy, Texas, a 168-megawatt high-performance computing (HPC) facility. The project will house a next-generation liquid-cooled artificial intelligence data center with a total power capacity of 240 megawatts. The proceeds will be used for construction, building reserves, and completing facility delivery, with operational expected in the second half of 2026. (Globalnewswire)
