He emphasized that "user interests first" is not just a slogan, but a set of action standards that must be implemented in the long term. In his view, one who cannot effectively protect user rights is not qualified to serve as the head of the Chinese language division.

He also mentioned that the upgrade of the VIP system is not simply about "lower fees and more generous benefits," but more importantly, it's about redefining the long-term value of VIP services from the perspective of the service itself.
