Hut 8 Signs $7 Billion Data Center Lease Agreement

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bitcoin mining company Hut8 announced on the X platform that it has signed a 15-year, $7 billion data center lease agreement with FluidStack to lease 245 megawatts of data center space at FluidStack’s River Bend campus. FluidStack can add up to 1,000 megawatts of capacity during future expansions of the campus, with the specific term depending on the campus’s installed capacity.
