According to Odaily Planet Daily, cryptocurrency exchange Paxful, which previously disclosed agreeing to plead guilty and accept a $7.5 million fine, has now reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and will appear in court for sentencing on February 10, 2026.
