The combined U.S. nonfarm payrolls figure for August and September was revised down by 33,000.

According to Odaily Planet Daily, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics revised its August non-farm payrolls figure from -4,000 to -26,000; and its September figure from 119,000 to 108,000. The revised figures show that the combined job gains for August and September were 33,000 lower than the initial figures. (Jinshi)
