Crypto bank Custodia has filed for a retrial in its lawsuit against the Federal Reserve with the Court of Appeals.

The bank argues that the Fed's refusal to grant it a master account undermines the authority of state banks and raises constitutional issues. Custodia Bank is requesting the court to reconsider its October ruling, which upheld the Fed's decision to deny the bank access to core central bank payment services.
