The U.S. Senate Banking Committee may postpone its review of the Cryptocurrency Market Structure Act until 2026.

According to an article published on the X platform by crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, US senators from both parties held another meeting today regarding the Cryptocurrency Market Structure Act. After the meeting, Senator Mark Warner revealed that given the current state of the bill, it would be "very difficult" to review it next week. This view was echoed by other senators, and it now appears that the US Senate Banking Committee may have to wait until the new year to review the bill.
