Odaily Planet Daily reports that Inveniam, a decentralized data infrastructure provider and private equity investment platform, has announced the acquisition of Swarm, a compliant real-asset tokenization platform. The specific acquisition amount has not yet been disclosed. The entire acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
