According to Odaily Planet Daily, Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon will be sentenced later today (December 11th) in a Manhattan court by U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer. Prosecutors have reportedly requested a 12-year prison sentence for Kwon, citing factors including his guilty plea. Previously, at a hearing presided over by U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer for the Southern District of New York, Do Kwon pleaded guilty to two charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and wire fraud.
