Invesco has filed Form 8-A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its Solana ETF, planning to list it on the Cboe BZX exchange.

According to documents filed with the SEC website, the Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF has submitted Form 8-A to the SEC, applying for registration and listing on the Cboe BZX exchange. The documents show that this Solana spot ETF is jointly launched by Invesco and Galaxy, registered in Delaware, with its principal place of business in Illinois.
