Schiff points out that Saylor claims to be able to acquire digital capital, use it to issue digital credit, and then convert it into digital currency that can be deposited into bank accounts. According to Schiff, Saylor claims this model offers a risk-free, tax-deferred, permanent return of 8%, with zero volatility. Schiff considers this view extremely absurd.
