Odaily Planet Daily reports that CoinMENA, a cryptocurrency exchange in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has been acquired by Turkish digital asset platform Paribu for $240 million. This deal is reportedly the largest fintech acquisition in Turkey to date. Paribu will obtain digital asset licenses from the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) and the Central Bank of Bahrain through CoinMENA, enabling it to operate in the region. (PRNewswire)
